The room was updated and clean. Shuttle service to the airport was fast and dependable. The restaurant and bar was convenient with tasty drinks. The staff at the front desk were awesome (especially the manager).
The bathroom was not too big.

the airport shuttle was fairly prompt, i suppose.
I asked for extra coffee creamer, but it never arrived. What a cruel joke! i mean, how hard is it to provide a few extra packets of powdered disappointment?
